TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS
There is no alternative care for children who do not go on field trips.
PRE SIGNS UPS
Every Tuesday and Thursday
has either a field trip or a special event on campus.
You must sign your children up for every Tuesday and Thursday.
If your child is not signed up,
we may not be able to accomodate their care.
**Field trips are subject to change.**
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel 48 hours before the day of the
field trip/special event to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you give us a courtesy call before 6:00pm the
evening before there is only a $10 cancellation fee.
No shows or cancellations after 6:00pm the night
before the trip/event will incur a full day cancellation fee of $40.
SUMMER T-SHIRT
Summer T-shirts are required on all field trips.
Your child will wear a shirt provided by the
school if his/hers is not available, for a rental fee of $5.
Summer T-shirts are NOT required for on campus events.
LUNCH INFORMATION
You need to provide your child with a lunch!
When going on field trips please pack their lunch in
a paper or plastic disposable bag.
Lunch boxes are not allowed on field trips due to limited space.
There are field trips and special events that have lunch provided.
There are a couple of trips where the children will
need to bring money to purchase lunch.

SPENDING MONEY
Check the weekly newsletter to see if spending money is allowed.
Each child is responsible for their own money.
Staff members are not permitted to hold children's money.
Please send children with pockets or a bag to keep their money in.
Children are not allowed to share money!
WATER PLAY
GIRLS MUST WEAR A ONE PIECE BATHING SUIT
FOR ALL WATER ACTIVITIES!
Please apply sunscreen before drop off.
You may send sunscreen for your child to reapply.
Staff members are not permitted to apply sunscreen to children.
Children may not share sunscreen!
Children will be required to pass a swim test at all swimming trips.
If they do not pass, they will be required to
wear a life vest or stay in the shallow water.
Please send a towel with their name on it.
They may wear water shoes, flip flops, and sandals.
